When we set out to develop a program in response to Social Distancing and Stay-at-Home measures, we had two objectives.
We knew we could tailor our methodology to help elite athletes maintain - and even improve - strength, speed, endurance, and resilience from home.
What we weren't so sure about was whether we could channel the true
Game Ready Performance experience through a webcam and the multi-party video-conferencing app du jour.
Well, we're sure now.
After multiple Beta Tests, we saw, and felt, the beauty of the connection we share with our athletes - and that they share with one another.
And as proud as we are of our training techniques, and the results we have helped our friends and clients achieve, it is that connection with all of you we cherish the most.
It is a source of energy. Of joy. Of hope, and determination, and the innate understanding that we can all emerge from adversity stronger in body, and stronger in mind for gaining the knowledge that we can and will persevere.
