Mathematically-based and data-driven, the Game Ready Performance Methodology was developed by Jackie Guerra, Masters in Kinesiology and Elite Physiologist. Titled, The Theory of Optimal Fitness, it emerged from academic studies at the University of Illinois, and formed the basis of her Masters Thesis, in which the results of a 2 year study proved statistically significant increases in max sprint, coupled with statistically significant decreases in Time to Recovery. Jackie's findings have been validated by an FDA designated Institutional review board,. And by actual athletes on the field, in the ring, and in some of the most competitive arenas in the world.
Whereas conventional training treats your body as a collection of separate systems, Jackie's theory holds that optimal performance could only be achieved by addressing the way those systems interact.
